POSITION SUMMARY AND PURPOSE We are looking to recruit an energetic TSE with FMCG industry background for Calicut & Wayanad Location on an immediate basis.

JOB PURPOSE:

? Responsible for targeted sale generation focusing on primary & secondary sales for the allotted area on monthly basis.

? Handling of Distributors & Promotors for generation of sales.

? Frequent follow up with the distributors to check the progress of existing orders.

? Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

? Suggest product improvements aligning to industry trends to the management on time-to- time basis.

? Prepares sales report by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information & send reports to reporting authority on timely basis.

? Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

? Involve more time in the market for sales promotion activities.

? Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of service and products to the market This position description is an overview of the major functions and requirements of this position
