Key Responsibilities :
Looking for candidates for Interior Decor & Wooden Industry.

• Client Interactions : Visit client locations to provide on-site support, address customer queries, and build strong relationships to promote customer satisfaction.
• Sales Support : Assist the sales team by identifying new leads, promoting products or services, and helping with lead generation activities.
• Product Delivery/Installation : Ensure that products or services are delivered or installed as per customer requirements, and provide after-sales support.
• Survey and Data Collection : Conduct field surveys to collect relevant data or feedback, and ensure it is accurately recorded for reporting purposes.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of field activities, including client visits, orders, and any issues that arise. Update CRM systems or other databases with new information.
• Reporting : Provide regular updates and reports to management on field activities, customer feedback, and potential sales opportunities.
• Customer Service : Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly by coordinating with the relevant departments and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Market Research : Gather and report on market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Compliance : Ensure all activities are carried out according to company policies, standards, and legal regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
