Position Title: Sales Executive
Department: Sales and Marketing
Location: Palanpur, Banaskantha- Gujarat
Reports To: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager

Position Overview: The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and expanding the customer base for construction chemicals and waterproofing products. This role involves identifying and targeting potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and target potential clients in the construction and waterproofing sectors.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to assess their needs and promote products.
• Product Knowledge and Promotion:
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's construction chemicals and waterproofing products.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Sales Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
• Track sales performance and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
• Negotiation and Closing:
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales deals.
• Ensure all sales contracts and agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with the technical and product development teams to understand product specifications and applications.
• Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company's products.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience in the construction chemicals or waterproofing industry.
• Technical Skills: Understanding of construction chemicals and waterproofing products is preferred.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
