Position Overview:

As a Territory Marketing Representative (TMR) at Voxlube Energies Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our market presence at the ground level. You will be responsible for meeting daily and monthly sales targets by engaging with engine oil stores, retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Target Achievement:

- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets as assigned.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market penetration and achieve business objectives.

Market Development:

- Identify and establish relationships with potential retailers, distributors, and engine oil stores.

- Conduct regular visits to current and potential customers to promote Masterline Lubricants products and services.

Travel:

- Travel extensively within the designated territory to meet customers, understand market needs, and gather feedback.

- Maintain an organized schedule to ensure maximum coverage and efficiency.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including daily activity logs and monthly performance summaries with Sales coordinators/ Tracking team.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other company activities as required.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lubricants or automotive industry.

- Freshers are also Welcome with strong enthusiasm.

- Strong understanding of the engine oils market and customer needs.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Proficiency in using sales tracking software and MS Office applications.

- Valid driver's license.
