Monitor and review lead conversion from each activity. \xef\x82\xb7 Recruitment of Sales Managers and Sales Officers. Ensure productivity of Sales Managers and Sales Officers \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain Cost of acquisition within norms \xef\x82\xb7 To achieve branch direct sales targets (disbursement and book outstanding) \xef\x82\xb7 Building healthy and profitable portfolio for the Gold Loan Business.
