Role/ Job Title: Territory Manager- Cross Sell (SME Loans) Function/ Department: SME Loan Job Purpose: The role entails the responsibility of generating SME loan business through different channels. It includes administering and training a team of executives to expand commercial vehicle loan business in that particular locality/branch. Roles & Responsibilities: Sourcing and managing channels from the market and acquiring business from them Ensuring quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection Extensive knowledge and understanding of retails assets, products, operations and current market trends Identifying the changing market trends, channel development for acquiring business and provide high quality customer service Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service Mentor and coach senior team members to percolate ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance and integrity Create environment for team to focus on automation and digital enablement to fulfil customer needs holistically Attract & retain best-in class talent to meet Bank\'s rapid growth targets Education Qualification: Graduation: Bachelor\'s in Engineering / Technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Management. Post-graduation: MBA. Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience in sales.
