We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Territory Manager-Cross Sell (Home Loans) in Bengaluru, Karnataka.As a Territory Manager-Cross Sell (Home Loans), you will be responsible for driving the sales of home loans through cross-selling to existing customers. You will be a key member of our Retail Banking team, working closely with the Home Loans and Sales departments to achieve our business goals.Key Responsibilities:- Identify potential customers within the existing customer base and cross-sell home loans to them- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable home loan products- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting home loans and providing excellent customer service- Collaborate with the Home Loans and Sales teams to develop and implement effective cross-selling strategies- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors' offerings to identify new business opportunities- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and proceduresQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail banking, with a focus on home loans and cross-selling- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Knowledge of local market and customer preferences- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
