You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every school in order to boost top-line revenue growth, school acquisition and engagement levels, and profitability.Key Responsibilities :- Present, promote, and sell BE English blended solutions using solid arguments to existing and prospective schools, winning key stakeholders not limited to the school principals and teachers.- Build and Maintain a healthy database of schools, and learners.- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.- Set exemplary standards in meeting sales ensuring that high standards are met in delivery and service for BE school solutions.- Support sales & marketing initiatives for the assigned locations as and when required.- Reach out and Product Presentation to schools through visits, reach out through professional networking, cold-calling, and customer relationship management techniques.- Gain expertise in the School Onboarding and training process.- Coordinate and Manage the School Onboarding operation.- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.- Analyze the territory/market\'s potential, track sales, and status reports.- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.- Continuously improve through feedback.Qualifications :- Bachelor\'s degree in Sales/Marketing/Operations/MBA Preferred- 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing in EdTech industry- Excellent knowledge of MS Office- Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively with sales management, sales representatives, marketing managers and other cross-functional teams.- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.- Highly motivated and target driven.- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience\'s needs.
