A global medical device company seeks a Territory Manager for Ostomy Care in Kolkata. The role involves promoting products, building relationships with healthcare professionals, achieving sales targets, and supporting patient education and enrollment.Location: KolkataYour Future Employer: A leading global medical equipment manufacturer with a strong presence Known for developing innovative products and services that make life easier for individuals with intimate healthcare needs. this company is committed to growth, sustainability, and providing cutting-edge solutions to healthcare professionals and patients worldwide.Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to promote Ostomy Care products.

• Execute annual business plans, including product evaluations, CMEs, ISPs, RTMs, and Care Clinics, to foster brand loyalty.
• Negotiate rate contracts with private and public hospitals to achieve sales targets and new patient enrollments (NPE).
• Educate patients about life with an ostomy product portfolio, assisting in the selection of the optimal appliance and accessory.
• Develop and implement account-specific action plans for high-priority accounts, ensuring product availability and promoting Ostomy Care offerings.

Requirements: * 5+ years of proven success in sales within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, preferably in Ostomy Care or related fields.

• A graduate degree in Science/Pharmacy, with a diploma/degree in Sales or Marketing management being a strong advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent communication, time management, and territory management skills.
