SALES & COLLECTION 1. Developing sales strategies along with RSM for the area assigned and prepare area/territory sales plan \xe2\x80\x93 with detailing region-wise, crop-wise, season-wise 2. Implement the plan to achieve sales & Collection target 3. Generating & growing sales & ensuring timely payments in the area 4. Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales in the area assigned. 5. Implement product strategy for the area/territory TEAM DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT 6. Prepare and implement route plan for all team members. 7. Guide and train team members on products, route plan, activities and SFA app usage 8. Ensure field activities are being completed as per target set for all team members 9. Monitoring team\xe2\x80\x99s performance and motivating them to reach targets, including action on nonperforming reportees. 10. Responsible for recruitment for the state identifying and interviewing candidates. 11. Ensure all travel expenses of all team members (including self) are within permissible limit. 12. Organize large farmer meeting and dealer meeting for the area/territory with help of marketing team BA & BUSINESS PROFIT MANAGEMENT 13. Ensure complete liquidation of stock from all dealers and sub-dealers of the area/territory. 14. Prepare monthly MIS and present to management 15. Submit cost-benefit analysis of the product demo and conduct crop shows 16. Analyzing competition products in the area, & accordingly suggesting improvements/ new products 17. Timely MIS reporting to RSM 18. Manage business & build relations with large farmers \xe2\x80\x93 10 acres and above 19. Solve BA and farmer related issues (keeping in mind high standard of the company) MISCELLANEOUS 20. Resolve govt. issues at local level 21.
