• Provide guidance to existing franchisees with business strategies, competitive analysis, marketing acumen, and sales training.
• Manage and maintain Preschool franchisees across the territory.
• Revenue Growth:

• Drive revenue through year-over-year enrolment growth and cross-selling of the companys products and services within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
• Play a key role in expanding the business and building long-lasting relationships.
• Understanding Franchisee Needs:

• Acquire a thorough understanding of key franchisee needs and requirements.
• Propose solutions that meet the objectives of franchisees to enhance relationships.
• Relationship Expansion:

• Expand relationships with existing franchisees by continuously proposing solutions that align with their objectives.
• Confidentiality and Security:

• Take appropriate measures to protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of confidential information shared.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Industry experience in banking, telecom, insurance, and education is preferred.
• Proven ability to provide strategic guidance and support to franchisees.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and cross-selling in a customer-centric environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and address the needs of franchisees effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining the security and confidentiality of confidential information.
