Territory Manager CBM
1.Location: Kolhapur, Belgavi, Aurangabad, Panjim,Pune,Nashik, Nagpur.
2.Experience : Candidate with minimum 5 year Sales Experience Preferably from Insurance
Other industry Candidate with 6 years experience and minimum last 3 years at Leadership Level.
Candidate from Insurance, MF, Medical industry is expected
3.Salary: Ctc upto 7 lpaResponsibilities
- To recruit, engage and launch BMs
- To ensure that BMs recruit, appoint and train PFAs
- Conduct regular BM and PFA meetings and update them on new
- Ensure BMs and PFAs are adequately trained by the training team for
- To drive BMs & PFAs to achieve their earning goals thereby achieving
- To ensure leads allocated from HO in SAMS are worked upon and
- Protect existing customer base by engaging with them and keeping
- To handle complaints of team, customers & PFAs.
