Job Description


Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Channel Development by building strong market relationship at Primary and Secondary level.To provide market feedback in terms of product, quality, pricing, etc. to ensure that they are in tune with market requirements.To build rapport with Distributors/ distributors to ensure that the channel is developed.To redress problems/ complaints of Distributors/ distributors by providing timely and relevant MIS from time to time.To work with Zonal Spares Manager, Area Office, Spares team in zone and Warehouse/ CFA to ensure goals and objectives set for Territory are met.To ensure that annual spars targets are achieved as per plan.To build primary and secondary network in Bazar Trade in specified territory.To understand and analyze market, develop a plan for stockiest parts sales targets.Development and monitoring of retailer network and secondary sales.Development and monitoring of mechanic, end user channel, local promotions.To develop local promotion and branding strategy.To understand and analyze market, develop a plan for stockiest/ distributor part sales targets.To enhance channel reach, penetration and effectiveness of secondary channel.To use information of the market analysis and appoint stockiest/ distributor at required locations.To assist in designing programmes/ incentives to help build Distributors` capability, commitment and loyalty in consultation with Zonal Parts Manager.To ensure development of stockiest capability and Distributors personnel in channel related initiatives by training them and keeping them updated on the Company`s objectives and new developments.To provide information on performance of Distributors on a monthly basis.To ensure that market and pricing feedback is updated periodically and utilized effectively.To monitor and drive New vehicle retail through exchange, to Protect and Maintain Mahindra products resale Value at market, to ensure dealer profitability through Organized Pre-Owned vehicle business, and enhance customer satisfaction by providing One Stop Solution to customers who comes for exchanging their Old vehicle for thier respecive zones.Contribution of new Mahindra vehicles sales through exchange in total retail volume, Set Dealer Level targets and Weekly Review with Xmart Manger Exchange - on Xmart KPIs: (Exchange Enquiry, Evaluation, IEP usage, Exchange Vols, Retail thru WAP and Broker etc.), Resale Value Enhancement through organized business model
