is Hiring for the Position of Territory Leader in Sales and Marketing.Role: Territory Leader
Department: Sales and Marketing
Grade/Level: Assistant Manager
Reporting To: Regional Manager
Work Experience Required: 3-6 years (Tyre industry only)Location: Aligarh, Guwahati, Lucknow (Faziabad), Haldwani, Gurgaon, Bhubaneshwar, Nagpur, Vijaywada, Salem.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Implement a well-defined sales strategy for the territory.Ensure the achievement of sales targets for each segment and product.Adhere to the Personal Journey Plan (PJP).Cultivate strong relationships with all channel partners and key customers.Drive channel development by providing training, support, and guidance to enhance the capabilities of channel partner employees, leading to improved customer satisfaction.Handle customer complaints and resolve grievances for both channel partners and customers.Conduct field inspections, CFA visits, and field visits to channel partners, direct customers, mechanic shops, garages, etc., to understand product performance and address customer issues.Coordinate with internal logistics, CFA\'s, and transportation to ensure timely supply to customers and channel partners.Monitor market conditions, product innovations, competitors\' products, prices, and sales, providing timely market intelligence reports.Explore new markets to understand potential and identify prospective channel partners/customers.Drive brand-building initiatives.Stay informed about all products and services offered by the company.Education:Any Graduate/Any PG, preferably with a PG degree, with 3+ years\' experience in the tire industry.
