Territory Business Manager (TBM)

Job Role:
• Ensure smooth onboarding of team
• System Activation of self and team members
• Team members to be allocated proper branches/channels
• Ensure Channel visit regularly with the team
• Responsible to achieve self + team KRAs
• Recruitment of team as and when required
• Ensure employees performance and longevity maintained
Timely conduct team meetings - understand challenges and discuss with senior mgmt. for resolution and ease of work.

Job Requirement
• Graduate / Post Graduate
• Experience: 3-5 years' experience in the local market preferably some background in Credit & Sales Knowledge is required - ability to get the customer to buy into the asset proposition
• Proficient with verbal and written Communication
• Excellent Interpersonal & Presentation skills
• Excellent Team Leader
