JOB DESCRIPTION:Core Job Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Achieve Division wise primary target and ensure it to be equal to or greater than Secondary. \xc2\xb7 Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share. \xc2\xb7 Ensure zero cases of expiry on Stockist shelf by timely liquidation of stocks by prescription generation. \xc2\xb7 Timely sharing of competitor and market information with the ABM and Division. \xc2\xb7 Relationship building with customers and Stockist. Timely Stockist visit as per the defined frequency without deviation. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring doctors are appropriately prioritized and met with the right frequency. \xc2\xb7 Leverage managerial as well as marketing and support functions for engaging appropriately with important customers and to strengthen relationships. \xc2\xb7 Plan and monitor new product introduction, stocking as per plan and sales progress. Provide information in a timely manner about the new product to the Stockist. \xc2\xb7 Report field work on daily basis in the assigned online system. \xc2\xb7Organizing Camps (CME) as per the division strategy and customer needs. \xc2\xb7Generate POBs for Abbott brands as per the business planRequired ExperienceExperience 2+ years of experience Fresher with good communication skills and analytical skills may also consider Required Qualification B.Sc. / B.Pharma.The base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.JOB FAMILY: Sales ForceDIVISION: EPD Established PharmaLOCATION: India
