Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Territory Business Executive to join our team, specializing in Cardiac Medical devices including stents, balloons, and related cardiac accessories. As a TBE, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our advanced medical products to Hospitals, Cardiologists, Cath Lab Technicians and interact with Purchase a& decision Makers . The role involves educating healthcare professionals about our products, building relationships, and driving sales in your assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales and Promotion:- Promote and sell cardiac medical devices (stents, balloons, accessories) to Hospitals, Cardiologists, Cath Lab Technicians and interact with Purchase a& Decision Makers.- Identify and approach potential customers, including cardiologists, cardiac, and hospital procurement officers.- Meet or exceed sales targets within your territory.- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals to highlight product benefits and features.- Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to increase product visibility and customer engagement.2. Market Development and Customer Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in cardiology.- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.- Understand the competitive landscape and identify market trends to strategically position products.- Provide post-sales support and ensure timely product availability to healthcare providers.3. Product Knowledge and Education:- Stay updated on the latest advancements in cardiac medical devices and the overall healthcare market.- Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits, clinical evidence, and proper usage of the products.- Provide detailed information on product specifications, clinical trials, and case studies to help clients make informed purchasing decisions.4. Reporting and Documentation:- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.- Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.5. Compliance and Ethical Selling:- Ensure adherence to ethical sales practices and compliance with healthcare regulations.- Follow company policies, standards, and guidelines in all interactions with healthcare professionals and institutions.Skills and Qualifications:1. Education:- A Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy & related field (preferred).- MBA or Postgraduate qualifications in Marketing/Sales are a plus.2. Experience : Fresher: Recent graduates with a strong interest in healthcare and medical devices are welcome to apply.Experienced: 1-2 years of experience in sales or medical device sales (preferably cardiac devices) will be an added advantage.3. Knowledge:- Understanding of cardiac medical devices (stents, balloons, accessories) and related healthcare products.- Familiarity with the medical sales process and healthcare industry regulations.4.
