Responsibilities:-The role is responsible for managing sales in a specific territory. The key accountabilities include:Develop new business opportunities by meeting clients on a regular basis and pushing the clients for new sign-ups across all LOBsAdd new clients in the territory and increase the market shareRetain existing clients and increase the revenue share from the existing clientsEnsure contracting and renewal of contracts is done for all clients within stipulated timelinesEnsuring the actual revenue growth of the territory is as per the budgeted sales planMeet clients on a regular basis, identify their issues and provide solutions to them Derive trends and insights about the sales in the area & take informed decisions for better sales generation and revenue growthResolve any escalations from clients immediately and report the same to senior management as and when requiredDrives the importance of adaptation of digital initiatives taken by the Organization for client partnersFollow up for payment from clients within the credit period and achieve the set target collection mandate for the territoryCoordinate with CRM, Billing and Accounts teams to ensure seamless experience to the clientWe are looking for candidates experienced into Logistics industry doing corporate sales, Field sales, New Business Development, New client Acquisition, cold calling, Indentifying of potential candidates for Kochi and Kozikode locations in Kerala.Budget- Upto 7 LPAIndustry- Only Logistics and EcommerceQualification- Must be Graduate in Bachelors
