About Altevol Tennis Academy:

At Altevol Tennis Academy, we are dedicated to fostering the love of tennis in young children. Our mission is to create an engaging, fun, and supportive environment where kids can learn and enjoy tennis. We focus on personal growth, personality development, and making every session exciting and enjoyable for our young athletes. We have a collaboration with Alexander waske in Germany. Our all Head coaches are trained at Alexander waske tennis university in Geremany. Coach joining and signing bond for 3 years at Altevol Ahmedabad, will get a chance to travel to Germany to learn advance technics in Tennis. Alexander and his team often comes to Ahmedabad to upgrade players and coaches in advance tennis technics.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic Tennis Coach who can captivate the interest and enthusiasm of our young players. The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with children, creating a fun-filled learning atmosphere, and helping them develop their tennis skills. If you have a vibrant personality and a love for teaching kids, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

? Engage and Inspire: Create an engaging and fun learning environment that excites and motivates children to attend and participate in tennis sessions.

? Teach Tennis Skills: Instruct children on the basics of tennis, ensuring that they understand and enjoy the game.

? Develop Lesson Plans: Plan and deliver age-appropriate tennis lessons that combine skill development with enjoyable activities.

? Foster a Positive Atmosphere: Promote teamwork, good sportsmanship, and positive behavior among young players.

? Monitor Progress: Assess the skill levels of children and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.

? Communicate with Parents: Maintain open communication with parents about their children's progress and any necessary updates.

? Ensure Safety: Supervise children to ensure their safety and well-being during tennis sessions.

? Attending players tennis matches, competitions and tournaments as required

Qualifications:

? Experience: A minimum of 5-6 years of coaching experience from a reputable tennis academy is required.

? Personality: Charismatic, energetic, and able to connect with kids. A fun-loving attitude is essential.

? Passion for Teaching: Genuine passion for working with children and helping them develop both tennis skills and life skills.

? Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to engage with children and interact with parents effectively.

? Certification: Relevant coaching certifications are a plus but not mandatory.

? Education: Background in physical education, sports management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
