We are seeking an experienced Tenders & Estimation Officer aged 35+ years to join our team for Solar Ground Mount EPC projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reading and analyzing tenders, preparing and submitting bids, and providing detailed cost estimations for large-scale solar ground mount projects. The role requires in-depth technical knowledge of both AC & DC solar systems, commissioning processes, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), detailed design engineering, and significant experience in managing bids for projects of 50 MW and above. A degree in Electrical Engineering and prior experience in solar EPC projects is mandatory.Key Responsibilities:

• Tender Reading & Analysis: Review and interpret tenders, RFPs, and technical specifications for solar ground mount projects. Ensure compliance with all requirements, assessing both technical and financial qualifications.
• Bid Preparation & Submission: Lead the preparation of detailed technical and commercial bids for solar ground mount EPC projects. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders.
• Cost Estimation & BOQ Preparation: Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, including materials, labor, equipment, and other associated costs for solar ground mount systems. Develop detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost breakdowns.
• Technical Expertise & Design Review: Utilize knowledge of AC & DC solar systems to optimize designs and ensure technical feasibility during bidding and project execution. Evaluate system designs and commissioning processes to meet project specifications.
• Collaboration with Design & Engineering Teams: Work closely with design teams to create detailed system layouts, component specifications, and project engineering plans. Ensure the designs align with estimated costs and overall project goals.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records of all bid documents, cost estimates, and related communications. Provide regular updates to senior management on bid status, estimations, and project planning.

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
• Age: 35+ years of age.
• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in tendering, estimation, and execution of solar EPC projects, with a focus on ground mount systems.
• Bid Experience: Experience managing bids for solar ground mount projects of 50 MW or more.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of both AC and DC systems in solar projects, including inverters, transformers, and electrical commissioning.
• Skills: Expertise in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and project budgeting.
• Strong knowledge of tender reading, technical evaluation, and bid submission processes.
• Familiarity with solar industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in design tools/software (AutoCAD, estimation software, etc.).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.

• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills for accurate estimations and bid preparation.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills, capable of managing multiple complex bids simultaneously.
• Ability to assess technical and financial aspects of bids and ensure compliance with client specifications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in technical and cost estimation areas.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
