Search & identify new prospective opportunities through various sources.
Study tender documents, eligibility criteria understand tender process & other requirements to process it further.
Responsible for carrying out end to end tendering activities & tendering cycle..
Responsible for preparation of all technical & financial proposals & on-time submission of tenders.
Procurements of required data, digital signatures & other materials required for tender.
Keep record & followups of new opportunities, submitted tenders, corrigendum, prebid minutes & other documents.
Responsible for pre & post tender submission follow-ups, refund of EMD & deposits with clients.
Maintain & update company information, Profiles, Brochures, PDS, Experience certificates, CVs, online information & all other documents related to Business Development/tender.
Process & registration of online & offline tendering system, empanelments etc.
Prepration of Quotations, MoU, Bank guarantee, Power of Attorney, Agreements, pre & post tender correspondence.
Responsible for maintaining effective internal & external communication within the company & with clients.
Maintain an opportunity log and pass on the information on opportunities to respective departments and get their feedback/inputs in actual proposal preparation.
Preparation of profiles & other related documents for branding of the company and its products.
Strengthening of resources required for Business Development.
