Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
# Research and identify potential construction projects, tenders, and opportunities in the infrastructure sector.

# Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, estimators, legal, and finance to gather relevant information for bid preparation.
# Prepare accurate and comprehensive tender submissions within specified deadlines, ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations, standards, and guidelines.
# Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and partners to gather necessary quotes and information for inclusion in bids.
# Analyze project risks and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with the project team.
# Participate in pre-tender meetings, site visits, and client interactions to gather insights and clarify project details.
# Prepare and present bid presentations, both internally and to clients, showcasing the strengths and unique value propositions of our proposals.
# Maintain an organized database of tender documents, templates, and relevant information for future reference.
# Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to ensure our bids remain competitive and aligned with market standards.
# Assist in negotiations and contract discussions with clients as needed.
# Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the tendering process.
Qualifications and Requirements:
# Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
# Proven experience in tendering and bidding processes within the infrastructure construction industry.
# Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
