Job Title: Executive Tendering & Estimator

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

• 0 to 2 years of experience in tendering and estimation, preferably in the heat exchanger and pressure vessel manufacturing sector

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of tendering processes and estimation techniques

Location:

• Bhatpore Hazira, Surat

Salary Range:

• INR 12,000 to 18,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience)

Working Hours:

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Sector:

• Heat Exchanger and Pressure Vessel Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit tenders, bids, and quotations based on client requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tendering and estimation purposes.
• Analyze technical specifications and drawings to accurately estimate costs and timelines.
• Maintain documentation related to tendering processes and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve queries.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and terms with clients as per company guidelines.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to enhance competitiveness in bids.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders and follow up on the status of submitted bids.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
