Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tendering Engineer to join our team at Technocrats Plasma Systems Pvt Ltd. As a Tendering Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting competitive bids and proposals for various projects. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to understand client requirements and create effective solutions. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Vasai , in Maharashtra, India, and is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in tendering. He should be knowing GEM portal processes and should be conversant with other Government tendering portals . Experience should include tendering for government departments .

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in tendering for engineering products.
• Strong knowledge of tendering processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and tender management software.
• Familiarity with the automation machinery manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• High level of professional integrity and ethical conduct.

• Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals in response to client requirements and project specifications.
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify project scope and requirements.
• Coordinate with the sales and engineering teams to gather necessary information for tender preparation.
• Analyze project costs, materials, and resources required to determine accurate pricing and deliverables.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive tender documents, including technical and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely submission of tenders and adherence to project timelines.
• Participate in tender clarifications and negotiations with clients as required.
• Maintain a database of tender documentation, pricing, and market information for future reference.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to enhance the tendering process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to tendering and bidding processes.
