Qualification : DCE/BE(Civil)

Experience: Minimum 3 Years with Industrial Project

• Industrial experience is mandatory

Role & Responsibility:

• Scrutiny of tender documents
• Evaluating tender documents, drawings, & schedules
• Floating Inquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers
• Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations
• Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product
• Based on Clients budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out Value engineering studies
• Maintaining ISO documentation, Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data Bank records
• Making Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well project specific questionnaires
• Review proposal specifications and drawings and attend pre-bid meetings, etc. to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate
• Review design options and recommend best solution based on cost, engineering quality or availability of materials
• Determine critical path schedule and sequence of work
• Investigate value engineering options
• Maintain files of working documents as back-up for estimate figures, including current (accurate) information on prices from suppliers
• Participate in presentations to clients (when required)
• Review all pricing with supervisor

Work Location - Head Office, Nigdi, PCMC

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
