As an EIR at Tender Truck, you\'ll have a unique opportunity to shape the future of logistics tech and play a pivotal role in our journey.

Responsibilities:

- Idea Generation: Collaborate with our leadership team to identify and refine innovative concepts and strategies that will further disrupt the logistics industry.

- Validation: Conduct market research, customer interviews, and data analysis to validate the viability of new product ideas and features.

- Business Development: Lead the development of business plans, financial models, and go-to-market strategies for new ventures within the logistics ecosystem.

- Execution: Play a hands-on role in launching and scaling new logistics tech initiatives, including assembling teams, securing funding, and driving growth.

- To get Shit Done- While Strategy and Ideas are helpful, we need someone who is ready to get their hands dirty and get on the ground to complete tasks and execute responsibly and efficiently on ground!

Qualifications:

- Proven track record as a successful entrepreneur, with experience in building and scaling tech-driven businesses.

- Deep knowledge of the logistics industry and a strong understanding of its challenges and opportunities.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a knack for identifying innovative solutions.

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.

- Passion for logistics technology and a keen awareness of emerging trends in the field.
