Job Description

Shish Industries Ltd is a leading Industrial Packaging Company dedicated to providing top-notch products and services to our clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Officer with experience in the GEM Portal to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire tendering process on the GEM Portal, which includes preparing, submitting, and tracking bids.
• Ensure all tender documents are complete and comply with government regulations and guidelines.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify bidding opportunities and analyze competition.
• Liaise with vendors to gather necessary information and ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GEM Portal regulations and procurement policies to ensure compliance in all submissions.
• Generate and maintain reports related to tender submissions, success rates, and market insights.
• Participate in post-tender evaluations and assist in contract negotiations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in tender management.
• Expertise on GEM Portal is Mandatory.
• Strong understanding of public procurement processes and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
