We are IT product company. We deal with GPON, Switches, routers etc. Our office is located in Chembur. We are looking to hire Tender/ GeM portal profile.

This opening is for local candidates of Mumbai, Navi Mumbai.

Outstation candidates pl do not apply.

Job Location- Chembur- Mumbai

Experience in Tender's- Min 3years.

JD

- Manage the end-to-end bid process for IT Hardware/ Telecom/ISP Industry.

- Responsible for searching for new tenders on various platforms like E procurement and GeM and keeping Track.

- Knowledge of searching, filling and submitting the documents required for tendering process.

- Ensure on-time submission of compliance and commercially sound bids.

- Responding to the query related to the commercial and technical after bid participation.

- Coordination with respective stakeholders for tender reviews and meeting the deadlines for tender submission.

- Attending the reverse auction and uploading its documents.

- Follow the bid management process in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements.

- Customer co-ordination End to End Communication with customer for PO, tenders, registrations

- Maintaining proper records and weekly reports.

- Drive continuous improvement, through post-bid reviews, both internally and with customers.
