Tender Executive
Job Description
We are looking for an E-Tendering Executive who is well verse in using GeM portal,Ireps Portal and other Central Government Portals. The candidate should also be able to fill ESI & PF
Job responsibilities include:
• Find Tenders on the above mention portal (we will provide key words)
• Preparing the paperwork required for the tender (we will guide and help)
• Filling the E-Tender on the portal
• Preparing dispatch slip, Raising Invoice as required
• Proper Documentation of the tenders for record.
We will provide all the assistance required in carrying the job. We have limited number of products so the work load is not intense. We participate only in goods tender.
The person should carry the work with full responsibility and sincerity and have complete knowledge of the portals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
