Job Description

The Tender Executive is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of tender processes, including identifying opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, and ensuring compliance with the tender requirements. The role involves coordination with internal and external stakeholders to secure business opportunities while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Tender Management :
• Identify relevant tender opportunities through online portals, publications, and industry networks.
• Study tender documents and assess project scope, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare tender documentation, including technical and commercial proposals.
• Documentation and Submission :
• Gather and organize necessary documents such as licenses, certifications, and financial statements.
• Ensure all bid documents are accurate, well-presented, and submitted within deadlines.
• Maintain and update a database of tender documentation for future reference.
• Coordination and Communication :
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, legal, technical) to gather required inputs for tender proposals.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies to clarify tender requirements and obtain additional information.
• Compliance and Analysis :
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements related to tender submissions.
• Analyze bid results and provide recommendations for future improvement.
• Track tender outcomes and assist in post-tender negotiations, if required.
• Market Research :
• Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Provide insights to enhance the company's competitive positioning in tenders.
• Reporting :
• Maintain records of tender activities and prepare regular reports for management review.
• Track tender success rates and provide data-driven feedback on areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Educational Background :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Professional Skills :
• Strong understanding of tender processes, including E-tendering platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and document management tools.
• Personal Attributes :
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience :
• 2-5 years of experience in tender management, business development, or related roles.
• Experience in specific industries (e.g., construction, IT, manufacturing) is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Familiarity with e-procurement tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of local and international tender regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
