Job Responsibilities:
• Review tender documents, ensuring that the company meets the requirements and deadlines.
• Prepare and compile tender responses, ensuring compliance with tender specifications, terms, and conditions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal, etc.) to gather necessary information and ensure the accuracy and quality of submissions.
• Prepare pricing strategies and commercial proposals in collaboration with the relevant departments.
• Manage all the documents associated with the tendering process, including completing standard forms, technical documents, and legal requirements.
• Ensure that all required documentation is submitted before deadlines, including any clarification or additional information requests from the client.
• Keep accurate records of tenders submitted, their status, and any correspondence related to them.
• Monitor tendering opportunities in relevant markets or sectors through public procurement platforms, government websites, and industry sources.
• Analyze and assess potential tender opportunities to determine if they align with the company's capabilities and strategic goals.
• Keep track of key competitors' activities and pricing strategies in tendering processes.
• Address any queries or clarifications from clients or procuring entities during the tender evaluation period.
• Assist in negotiating terms and conditions, where necessary, following the evaluation of submitted tenders.
• Track the status of submitted tenders and update relevant stakeholders (e.g., sales team, senior management).
• Prepare reports on tender activities, including win/loss analysis, market trends, and overall success rates of bids.
• Provide feedback to senior management on the tender process and any improvements or changes that could be made to increase success rates.
Qualifications & skills
Education - Bachelor's degrees or relevant
Skills - Proficiency in MS Office & MS Excel .
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Experience
Min 2 year experience in sales or similar role.
Salary - 15,000 to 18,000
Preferably Female
