We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual for the position of Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager - Railway Tendering. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing the end-to-end tendering process for railway projects, with proficiency in using railway e-tender portals such as GEMS and IREPS. This role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
- Tendering Process: Manage the end-to-end tendering process for railway projects, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met.
- E-Tender Portals: Explore and utilize railway e-tender portals such as GEMS and IREPS to identify suitable tenders.
- Tender Management: Select relevant tenders, download and thoroughly review tender documents, fill out tender forms, and handle tender fee deposits. Submit tender forms along with the necessary fee receipts.
- Coordination: Coordinate and harness the efforts of all involved departments to facilitate tendering/bidding activities and contract review.
- Expert Guidance: Provide guidance and expertise to resolve tendering-related challenges, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in railway tendering.
- E-Tender Portals: Proficient in using GEMS and IREPS portals.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge and experience in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Education: Graduation is mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
