Job Description

: Tender Executive Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive with 2-3 years of experience to manage and execute all aspects of tendering processes. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare, review, and submit tender documents while ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Tender Management :
• Identify relevant tenders by monitoring government portals, private sector opportunities, and other tender sources.
• Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
• Documentation Preparation :
• Prepare, compile, and organize all necessary documentation, including technical and financial bids.
• Ensure tender documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with specifications.
• Coordination with Stakeholders :
• Liaise with internal departments (finance, technical, and legal teams) for necessary inputs and approvals.
• Communicate with clients and vendors for clarifications and submissions.
• Bid Submission :
• Ensure timely submission of tenders, including online and offline submissions.
• Track and report tender status and follow up on submitted bids.
• Market Research and Analysis :
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
• Analyze bid outcomes and provide feedback to improve success rates.
• Compliance & Record Maintenance :
• Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements during the tendering process.
• Maintain organized records of all tender documents, bids, and related correspondence.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in tender management or a similar role.
• Familiarity with e-tendering platforms and government procurement processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in tendering for infrastructure, energy, or engineering projects.
• Knowledge of contract negotiation and pricing strategies.
• Familiarity with local and national compliance requirements for tenders.

Location

• Base Location : Meerut/Delhi NCR preferred.
• Role : Onsite/Field as required for tender coordination.

Pay: ?138,810.19 - ?250,000.00 per year
