Dhanyaayai Enterprise Private Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tender Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for managing the end-to-end tendering process for IT-related projects, from identifying opportunities to submitting competitive proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Tender Identification and Management:
• Identify IT-related tender opportunities through various platforms and networks.
• Analyze tender requirements and assess feasibility for participation.
• Documentation and Proposal Preparation:
• Develop and compile comprehensive tender documents that adhere to client specifications and compliance requirements.
• Tailor proposals to meet client needs, highlighting IT solutions and services effectively.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, technical experts, and finance, to gather information for proposals.
• Ensure proposals align with company capabilities and strategic goals.
• Pricing and Cost Analysis:
• Collaborate on pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness while ensuring profitability.
• Client and Supplier Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the tendering process.
• Address client queries and maintain professional relationships.
• Risk Assessment and Compliance:
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Assist in mitigating risks associated with tender submissions.
• Market Analysis:
• Stay updated on IT industry trends, competitor activities, and new tender opportunities.
• Record Keeping and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of tender submissions and results.
• Prepare regular reports for management on tender activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in tender management within the IT sector (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of IT services, solutions, and market dynamics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other tender management tools.
