Job Description

Prepare and manage the entire bid process, including understanding the client's requirements, analyzing the scope of work, and coordinating with different departments to gather necessary information

• relate and compile all necessary documents, such as technical proposals, financial documents, and other supporting materials required for the bid submission
• conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to gather relevant information and inputs for the bids.
• Review and edit proposals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the client's requirements. Proofread documents to eliminate errors and improve the overall quality of submissions.
• organize and submit completed bids within specified deadlines, following the submission guidelines
• Keep track of submitted bids and follow up with clients to obtain feedback. Analyze the results of bids and proposals to improve the bidding strategies for future opportunities.
• To search for Govt tender in Various portal
• Must be aware of Online uploading of tenders and GEM portal
• Responsible for Online submission of Govt. tender

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in bid management, proposal writing, or a related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Negotiation skills and ability to understand client requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
