Hello Folks,
We have job opening for Tender Executive Role.
:-
1. Online Tendering on GeM and Open Portals , Central and State e?Procurements and other Private Portals.
2. Vendor Relationship, Tender and contract development, Bid Documentation, Online/ Offline submission etc.
3. Pre-bid meetings, Amendments, Tender opening etc.
4. Vendor Registration, Approvals and Renewals.
5. Preparing, Maintaining and submitting of Technical and Commercial bids.
6. Tender Annexures and documentation.
7. Regular email communication with customers related to tendering process.
8. Maintaining tender status and follow-ups
