Job Title: Tender Specialist

As a Tender Specialist based in Jaipur, you will be instrumental in the procurement and business development efforts of our organization. Your primary focus will be on managing the end-to-end tender process, ensuring the successful preparation, submission, and negotiation of bids. This role demands a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tender Preparation:
• Analyze tender documents to grasp client requirements.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for tender responses.
• Prepare comprehensive and competitive tender submissions within specified deadlines.
• Bid Management:
• Coordinate and oversee the entire bid process, including task assignment and timeline management.
• Conduct thorough reviews of tender documents to identify risks and opportunities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to devise winning strategies and value propositions.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all tender submissions adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct quality checks on tender responses to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
• Implement best practices for tender documentation and enhance submission quality.
• Negotiation and Contract Award:
• Engage in negotiations with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with legal teams to finalize contracts in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor and report on tender submission statuses, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities and partnerships.
• Provide insights to support business development strategies.
• Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders.
• Foster positive collaboration with internal teams to enhance bid effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in tender management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects related to tender processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
