About the Company:

Garud Survey is a leading drone survey company based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. With over five years of industry experience, we specialize in utilizing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) for geospatial data collection and analysis. Our expertise in aerial imagery, Lidar data processing, ortho image generation, and geospatial analysis allows us to support a wide range of projects across various industries.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in managing tenders and procurement processes, particularly through GEM and E-Procurement platforms.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage the entire tendering process from identifying opportunities to submission and post-submission follow-ups.

Prepare and submit tenders on various platforms, including GEM and E-Procurement.

Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and documentation for tender submissions.

Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and guidelines.

Monitor tender status and provide regular updates to the management team.

Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and keep track of industry trends.

Maintain accurate records of all tender-related documents and communications.

Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with vendors and clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Tender submission and procurement.

Familiarity with GEM and E-Procurement platforms

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Additional Information:

Work Location : Jaipur

Work Schedule : Full Time, Daytime Hours

Salary: Salary package of 1.8LPA - 2.4LPA (Based on Experience and Qualification)

Commute/Relocation: Prospective employees should either be based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, or be willing to relocate before starting the job.
