Job Description

Jaipur Location Position Overview: Mydaddy Microtech, a renowned fire fighting contractor company with a rich portfolio of over 300 projects across various sectors in pan India.

The GEM Portal Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing the procurement process on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal for both private and government departments. This role involves handling tenders, bids, and ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• GEM Portal Management:
• Register and maintain the company's profile on the GEM portal.
• Update product/service listings regularly, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Monitor GEM portal for new tender opportunities relevant to the company's products and services.
• Tender and Bid Management:
• Identify and analyze relevant tenders, RFQs (Request for Quotation), and other procurement opportunities on the GEM portal.
• Prepare and submit bids and proposals in compliance with tender requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documentation and information for bid submissions.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure all documentation and submissions are compliant with GEM portal guidelines and government regulations.
• Maintain records of all tender documents, submissions, and correspondences.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
• Liaise with government officials and department representatives to resolve any issues or queries related to the GEM portal.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment and support in the bidding process.
• Market Analysis and Reporting:
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Generate regular reports on tender status, bid performance, and market insights.
• Customer Support:
• Provide prompt and professional support to clients and customers regarding products and services listed on the GEM portal.
• Address and resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in handling GEM portal operations.
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes and GEM portal guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the technology sector or with tech products.
• Familiarity with e-procurement tools and software.
• Knowledge of contract management and negotiation.
