TENDER EXECUTIVE

Track, prepare, submit and manage Government and private tenders across India & study of the tender documents, contract conditions, specifications and drawings.

Responsibilities:

Track, prepare, submit and manage Government and private tenders across India & study of the tender documents, contract conditions, specifications and drawings.

Identify Tender and read eligibility criteria with technical and financial team to prepare summary and send information to the entire member for confirmation go head.

Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects, considering all relevant factors such as materials, labor, equipment, and overheads. Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.

Taking Quotation from specialized agencies, preparation BOQs of EPC projects, preparing method statements, Rate Analysis, etc

Keeping records of all the Tenders published by department and uploading/submitting the general, technical, financial documents through online and offline platforms.

Manage bidding process, prepare bid documents, follow-up with client/ partners till bid is submit.

Arrange EMD, PBG, Tender Cost Processing fee for E- tendering from accounts department and submit the same within given time period.

Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications.

Aspiring candidates should be capable of handling the following functions:

Tender Search Bid Preparation - Technical Price Bid

E - tendering / E - Bidding / Reverse Auctions Live Auctions

Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid

Coordinate with the respective dept. for document procurement in process of tenders

Reporting bidding status online / offline on daily basis

Follow up with Vendors/ OEM's/ departments/ clients o Vendor Registration for Limited tenders

Attending pre bid / post bid meetings with customers

Back end support to Accounts Recovery o Tracking status of Tenders offers

Track Tenders/ RFPs for new bids/ design competitions. Follow up- All mail, (PBG)- Bank Guarantee, EMD Release, Material Dispatch, payment & other deductions.

GeM Portal- Minimum experience of 1.5 years:

Working Knowledge of OEM Panel

Manage complete Company portfolio on GEM Portal.

Know how to make all documents required for bidding.

Familiar with Tendering Process and with prior experience

Familiar with techno-commercial bids & tenders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
