Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



1. Tender Documentation: Preparing and submitting tender documents, including bids, quotations, and proposals, as per the requirements of government or private sector tenders. Ensuring all tenders are completed and submitted on time with all necessary compliance documents.

2. Research and Analysis: Identifying tender opportunities by monitoring online portals, newspapers, and industry contacts. Conducting research on the client's requirements, previous tenders, and market conditions.

3. Bid Preparation: Collaborating with internal departments (sales, finance, legal, and technical teams) to gather information and prepare cost estimates, product specifications, and compliance certificates. Preparing pricing strategies and negotiating competitive pricing models for tenders.

4. Compliance and Coordination: Ensuring that tender responses meet the required compliance, legal, and technical requirements. Coordinating with external partners (such as suppliers or legal firms) to ensure accurate information is provided for tender submission.

5. Follow Up and Negotiation: Following up on submitted tenders and negotiating terms and conditions with the client. Attending Prebid and post bid meetings, addressing queries and clarifications, and ensuring amendments are addressed promptly.

6. Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with government agencies, vendors, and clients. Acting as a liaison between the organization and key external stakeholders throughout the bidding process.

7. Reporting: Preparing regular reports on tender results, bid success rates, and feedback from clients. Analyzing past tenders to improve future performance and competitiveness.

8. Contract Management: Assisting in post tender negotiations and drafting the final contracts. Managing tender timelines, ensuring contracts are completed, and project deliverables are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. Must have knowledge about GEM and e-procurement. Proven experience in tender management, preferably in a similar industry (e.g., government contracting or B2B sales). Strong understanding of tendering processes, government regulations, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills for pricing and cost analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of procurement platforms is an advantage.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
