Reporting Manager: Tender Manager
Roles and responsibilities:
• Identify and summarize tender opportunities for senior management
• Prepare all documents related to a tender and successfully submit bids
• Coordinate with Sales team to arrive at pricing and coordinate with finance team to submit DD, BG etc.
• Ensure all documentation during the execution of a tender, e.g., invoices, warranty documents etc. are submitted in a timely manner
• Track tender progress, coordinate with authorities and ensure payments are released in a timely manner
• Weekly Reporting on progress of Tenders through Tenders status reports
Required Candidate profile
1. A technical background with prior experience in tenders will be preferred
2. Experience with online tender portals like GeM, e-Proc, IREPS, Tender Wizard, etc
Qualification:
1. Graduate from any stream
2. Computer knowledge should be a part of education or through a certified course.
Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in Tender management, application, submission and closure on various public procurement portals including e-Proc, GeM and other departments/PSUs .
Skills: Summarizing long content to short actionable insights / Comprehension skills / Time management / Data Management / Deadline Adherence / Follow up with Manufacturers and Suppliers
Performance Goals: No. of Tenders Technically Qualified / No. of new organizations empaneled / Revenue generated.

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
