: Tender Executive•

•Position:• Tender Executive

•Salary:• ?15,000 - ?25,000 per month

•Experience Required:• Minimum 5 years

•Key Responsibilities:•

- Responsible for handling all tender-related activities, including preparation, submission, and follow-up.

- Work extensively on the •Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal• for tender sourcing, bidding, and submission.

- Analyze tender documents and ensure compliance with tender requirements.

- Maintain accurate records of tenders, submissions, and updates from the GeM portal.

- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and government officials for tender-related queries and clarifications.

- Ensure all tender deadlines are met without compromising on quality and compliance.

- Assist in preparing and reviewing commercial bids and contracts related to tenders.

- Stay updated with the latest guidelines, amendments, and developments on the GeM portal.

•Key Requirements:•

- Minimum of •5 years• of experience in handling tenders, specifically on the •GeM portal•.

- Strong knowledge of government procurement procedures and tender submission processes.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in using the GeM portal for tender applications and monitoring.

- Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
