We are Hiring Tender Executive for our company Spectrum Global Project Pvt Ltd

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : SHOULD BE MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEER ONLY

Job Location : Lower Parel

2nd and 4th Saturday Off

Adress : Tradelink A- Block, Unit No. 2, 8th Floor, E - Wing,

Kamla Mill Compound, Delisle Road,

Lower Parel West, Mumbai - 400 013.

Responsibilities :

Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1.Coordinate the preparation of tender documents and ensure all requirements are met.

2. Liaise with internal teams to gather and validate relevant information for tenders.

3. Analyze competitors' bids and suggest strategies to improve our success rate.

4. Keep up-to-date with tender opportunities and maintain a database of submissions.

5. Review contracts and agreements for compliance and risk management.

6. Analyse technical specifications and supplier capabilities to ensure alignment with project needs.

7. Develop and maintain vendor relationships and negotiate terms and prices.

8. Review and approve technical drawings and designs from suppliers.

9. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand project requirements.

10. Conduct cost analysis and ensure compliance with quality standards.

11. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

12. Familiarity with material specifications used in engineering projects.

13.Strong verbal and written communication skills.

14. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
