Role: 1. Data Collection from govt websites GEM Portal, IREPS (Western & Central Railways), NPCIL, BARC, DPS, RBI, SBI, GEM PORTAL, Downloading Tender enquiries for medicines and surgical instruments from various Government Websites as mentioned above and keeping a record of every enquiry in excel in an organised manner. GEM Portal- Product listing should possess the knowledge if working and entire process of GEM Portal 2. Preparation of bid submissions, documentation and quoting tenders online and offline of India. 3. Experience in quoting tenders of Pharmaceutical products in Govt. , semi-government, Corporate, Private hospitals. 4.Forwarding Rate Enquiries to Respective manufacturing companies and participating government tenders. 5. Preparing a competitive chart of BIDDERS participating in Tenders.
6. If tender requires EMD/ BANK GUARANTEE, Follow up with bank for Preparation of EMD, Bank guarantee 7. Follow up for refund of EMD, Bank guarantee, after lapses.
8. Networking/ Follow Up with Liasoners for timely payments.
9. In coordination with the sales/ billing team, dispatch goods in timely manner of tenders awarded.
