Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in managing tenders and procurement processes, particularly through GEM and E-Procurement platforms. Primary Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Manage the entire tendering process from identifying opportunities to submission and post-submission follow-ups. \xc2\xb7 Prepare and submit tenders on various platforms, including GEM and E-Procurement. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and documentation for tender submissions. \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and guidelines. \xc2\xb7 Monitor tender status and provide regular updates to the management team. \xc2\xb7 Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and keep track of industry trends. \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate records of all tender-related documents and communications. \xc2\xb7 Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with vendors and clients. Skills and Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 1 year of experience in Tender submission and procurement. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with GEM and E-Procurement platforms \xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
