Roles and Responsibilities:
Tender Management:
xefx82xb7 Identify and analyze tender opportunities across platforms like GEM and other government/private
portals.
xefx82xb7 Manage the entire tender lifecycle, including research, bid preparation, submission, and follow-up.
Documentation and Compliance:
xefx82xb7 Prepare, compile, and review tender documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
xefx82xb7 Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and platform-specific requirements.
Coordination and Communication:
xefx82xb7 Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and prepare tender documents.
xefx82xb7 Liaise with government authorities, private clients, and other stakeholders to clarify specifications and
ensure smooth submission processes.
Bidding and Strategy Development:
xefx82xb7 Develop competitive strategies for bidding on railways, government infrastructure projects, electricity
department tenders, and private projects.
xefx82xb7 Conduct market research to identify trends and enhance success rates in tendering.
Post-Submission Activities:
xefx82xb7 Track and monitor the status of submitted bids to ensure deadlines and project milestones are met.
xefx82xb7 Participate in negotiations and ensure smooth contract finalization.
Qualifications and Skills:
xefx82xb7 Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in a relevant field.
xefx82xb7 3-6 years of experience in tender management, particularly for government and private projects.
xefx82xb7 Proficiency in handling GEM portal and familiarity with tendering regulations.
xefx82xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
xefx82xb7 Proficiency in MS Office and tender management tools.
xefx82xb7 Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
xefx82xb7 Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
