Job Description

• We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Tender / Bidding Executive to join our team in the Medical Device Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Searching for relevant tenders (Medical Device Industry) from various sources and circulating them within the Management Body.
• Preparing tenders by compiling various inputs (Qualification documents, EMD, etc.).
• Coordinating with the finance team to secure the EMD if required.
• Coordinating for obtaining the required approvals.
• Identification of techno commercially and operationally feasible tenders
• Assembling and maintaining documentation related to the tendering process, including management approval for tendering and contracting.
• Achievement of Strategic objectives / Contracts received and reviewed through effective deployment of BMS and Strategic Marketing Plan Monitoring deadlines.
• New business generated through tendering
• Handling Vendor Registration.
• Registering on e-portals and uploading tenders on the respective Tender sites.
• Maintaining tender files and arranging their archiving upon tender completion.
• Preparing tender status reports and expected timelines regularly and upon request.
• Performing other support activities such as arranging PBG, acknowledging LOI/PO, replying to queries, raising pre-bid queries, validity extension letters, EMD follow-up, etc.
• Performing any other work assigned by Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
