Job Overview
The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the entire process of tendering, from identifying potential opportunities to the submission of completed bids. This role is crucial in ensuring that all tenders are submitted in compliance with client requirements, project specifications, and deadlines. Key Responsibilities
• Tender Identification & Analysis:
• Identify and track tender opportunities from various sources, including government portals, private sector invitations, and industry networks.
• Analyze tender documents and requirements to understand project scope, eligibility criteria, and submission deadlines.
• Coordinate with senior management to assess the feasibility of bids.
• Bid Preparation & Submission:
• Prepare and submit detailed tender documents, including financial proposals, technical details, and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with various internal departments (engineering, procurement, finance) to compile necessary data for tender submissions.
• Ensure that all tender submissions meet legal and regulatory standards.
• Manage and update records for all tenders, both current and past.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with the design, engineering, procurement, and legal teams to gather necessary information for the bid.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to secure pricing and other details for the tender.
• Communicate effectively with clients and consultants to clarify requirements or answer any tender-related questions.
• Tender Evaluation & Post-Bid Follow-Up:
• Monitor tender results and assist in the evaluation of bids once received.
