Beezaasan Explotech Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of chemical explosives industry, dedicated to delivering high quality products and innovative solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled Tender Executive to join our team at our Gandhinagar Office.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tender and Operations Executive to oversee our tendering processes and operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tender submissions, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring seamless operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Management:

Prepare and manage tender documents, ensuring they are submitted on time and in accordance with requirements.

.Coordinate tender responses from inception to submission, collaborating with internal teams such as legal, finance, and technical departments.

Evaluate tender documents and requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Maintain a database of tender submissions and outcomes for future reference and analysis.

Operations Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to streamline operations and meet customer requirements.

Monitor operational performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and government agencies.

Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and industry events related to tenders and operations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience of minimum 4 years in tender management and operations within the explosives or related industries.

Strong understanding of tender processes, including legal and financial aspects.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and tender management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the explosives industry.

Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
